About me

Katharine squareI’m a sustainability writer based in Oxford, UK. With a longstanding love of writing and exploring new ideas and concepts, I’m particularly interested in social impact and the role of business in sustainable development.

I enjoy covering social and environmental issues in an informative and accessible way, distilling the complex world of sustainable business into concise, engaging stories.

Working collaboratively with in-house teams, I get involved in all aspects of researching, writing and editing corporate responsibility and sustainability reports and communications.

I also write features for the Guardian, The Telegraph, Renewable Energy Focus, 2degrees network, Impact Investor, Sustainable Brands and the Ethical Fashion Forum’s SOURCE Intelligence.

With a keen interest in modern languages, I have studied in the UK, France and Italy, and hold a First Class degree in French and Italian from Bristol University.
